1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cx664 ("cx664", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the cx664 website at cx664.ws and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other gaming and financial services provided by cx664.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the full services of cx664, you must register for a personal account. Exactly one account per person is permitted. cx664 prohibits the creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — any duplicate accounts detected may be closed without notice and all associated balances forfeited.

• 1You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• 2You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cx664 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or chat.
• 3cx664 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be suspended pending KYC completion.
• 4You must notify cx664 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach. cx664 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• 5cx664 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cx664 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus-related transfers — are subject to the following terms. cx664 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• 1The minimum deposit at cx664 is ৳200. cx664 does not impose platform-side fees on standard deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your mobile banking provider's own transaction fees, if any, remain the player's responsibility.
• 2Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. For example, a deposit made via bKash will be returned only to the same bKash number used for that deposit.
• 3cx664 may impose a maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limit. Current limits are displayed in the player's account settings. cx664 reserves the right to adjust these limits and to request additional verification for withdrawals that exceed normal transaction patterns.
• 4Players are solely responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and are not derived from criminal activity. cx664 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into money laundering or financial crime.
• 5Balances that remain unused for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in account settings, or may be returned to the player's registered payment method at cx664's discretion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

cx664 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, published on the cx664 website at the time of the promotion. The following general terms apply to all bonuses.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cx664 platform. Any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and legal action where applicable.

• 4Opening multiple accounts, using another person's account, or allowing a third party to use your account. Each player is entitled to exactly one cx664 account and is solely responsible for all activity through that account.
• 5Any attempt to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or use cx664 for any purpose connected with financial crime, fraud, or other illegal activity under applicable law.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

cx664 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account action without prior notice to the player.

• 1Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
• 2A player's own request to close their account, including requests made under cx664's responsible gaming self-exclusion programme. Self-excluded accounts will be closed immediately and the player will be prevented from re-registering for the duration of the self-exclusion period.
• 3Upon termination for any reason, cx664 will return any verified, unencumbered balance remaining in the account to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any applicable inactivity fees.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cx664 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the cx664 platform without the prior written consent of cx664.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cx664 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the cx664 platform, including losses arising from technical failures, interruptions to service, or errors in odds or game outcomes subsequently corrected.

cx664 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. cx664 shall not be liable for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from platform downtime, technical maintenance, or circumstances beyond cx664's reasonable control, including acts of God, network failures, or government-ordered restrictions.

11. Amendments to These Terms

cx664 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the cx664 website with a revised last-updated date. Where changes are material, cx664 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the email or mobile number registered to their account.

Your continued use of the cx664 platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting cx664 support. cx664 recommends that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. In the event of a dispute between a player and cx664, the parties agree to first seek resolution through cx664's internal dispute resolution process by contacting cx664 support at [email protected]. cx664 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, both parties retain the right to pursue resolution through lawful means available in the player's jurisdiction.
